Out Today: Locke and Key 4 – Keys to the Kingdom
I have waxed poetic on just how good Locke and Key is before, and since I doubt that was a fluke, I am now here with a public service announcement. The fourth collection of Locke and Key, entitled Keys to the Kingdom, is out today. Run, teleport, skydive, do whatever it takes to get yourself a copy to cram into your skull.
I gauge the quality of a set of novels, graphic or otherwise, partly on what actions I take once I burn through the last one I have on hand. If a book is good, then I’ll think about hunting down the next one when I’m near a book store. When I finished Locke and Key 3: Crown of Shadows, I was out of town for the weekend, and actually tried to find a comic book shop in Austin, Texas (Not the easiest task in the world FYI) to satisfy my craving for the fourth one before I realized it wasn’t out yet. It’s rare that something is that engrossing (Hunger Games also fits the bill), so you should go get Locke and Key right now!
